Spektroskopische Methoden in der organischen Chemie

Dieses Lehrbuch vermittelt die notwendigen Kenntnisse für die Anwendung der spektroskopischen Methoden in der organischen Chemie, die im Rahmen der Chemieausbildung an allen Hochsuchulen gefordert werden. Es ist daher für Anfänger wie für Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen unentbehrlich. Dieses Lehrbuch vermittelt die notwendigen Kenntnisse für die Anwendung der spektroskopischen Methoden in der organischen Chemie, die im Rahmen der Chemieausbildung an allen Hochsuchulen gefordert werden. Es ist daher für Anfänger wie für Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen unentbehrlich. Anhand von vielen Beispielen aus der Praxis werden Theorie und Anwendung der folgenden Methoden erläutert und diskutiert: UV/Vis-Spektroskopie, Derivativ Spektroskopie, chiroptische Methoden (CD und ORD). Aggregierte Moleküle, Charge-Transfer-Komplexe, konjugierte Oligomere. Infrarot (IR-) und Raman-Spektroskopie, Fourier-Transform-IR Spektroskopie, sowie die GC/IR-Kombination. Kernresonanz-Spektroskopie (NMR) als 1H-, 13C-, 19F-, 15N- und 31P-NMR, Spin Entkopplung, Tripelresonanz, INDOR Differenzspektren, 2D- und 3D-NMR, COSY-, TOCSY-, ROESY- und NOESY-Spektren, NOE-, INEPT- sowie DEPT-Technik, DEPTQ, HETCOR, HRMAS, INADEQUATE und Lanthaniden-Shift, Spektrensimulation und Spektrenberechnung und die Kombination von Trennmethoden und NMR-Messungen. Die 2D NMR-Techniken HMQC und HMBC, weitere Substanzbeispiele und Anleitung zu einer vollständigen Zuordnung aller 1H- und 13C- NMR-Signale einer Verbindung. Massenspektrometrie (MS), Elektro- und Chemische Ionisation (EI und CI), Fast-Atom Bombardement (FAB), Elektrospray- und Thermospray-Ionisation (ESI und TSI), MS/MS Techniken (MSn), Feld-Ionisation und Feld Desorption (FI und FD), Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionisation (APCI), MALDI-TOF Techniken und die Kombination von Trennmethoden mit MS-Messungen: GC/MS-, LC/MS- und HPLC-UV(DAD)-APCI-MS/MS-Technik.
